Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
· Professional and courteous communications with clients
· Documenting, analysis, resolving and or routing issues using a web based issue
management system.
· Production testing of product builds.
Qualifications:
· Experience in the property casualty insurance industry
· Underwriting (Auto, Property) knowledge
· Experience working with computer software, especially in a call centre environment
· Self-motivated
· Able to problem solve with a minimum of supervision
· Good organizational skills
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a team environment
