The company’s flagship product, IBS 5 Backoffice, automates and simplifies time-consuming activities such as constructing rating rules, underwriting insurance policies and managing claims and accounting as well as managing document flow and general business tasks.

We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the following position.

Quality Assurance Software Analyst
Do you enjoy a challenging, and constantly changing workload with an emphasis on quality assurance? If so we invite you to apply for the full time Quality Assurance Software Analyst position at MCCG.

Responsibilities:
· Working with S/W developers and other QA specialists, develop and administer
programs and initiatives to improve product quality on an ongoing basis.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of an organizational quality assurance program that includes awareness, S/W development processes, client usability, testing procedures, etc.
· Develop, publish, and implement test plans and variations.
· Develop and execute test scripts.
· Communicate with other departments and resources as required.
· Conduct analysis of test results, identify and report issues, monitor trends and
customer satisfaction levels
· Maintain current suite of test cases.

Qualifications:
· B. SC. Computer Science with additional training in QA/Testing (mandatory)
· Experience in testing and QA processes (mandatory)
· Software development experience, in order to be able to write test programs, etc.(mandatory)
· Experience with Silktest software (considered an asset)
· Insurance industry experience (considered an asset)
· Active in QA/Testing Association (considered an asset)
