Vice-President of Client Relations

The Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG) seeks a Vice-President of Client Relations (VP) who will report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer.

MCCG is a mutually owned software development and support company and leading provider of Backoffice solutions for Farm Mutual Insurance Companies across Canada. The Insurance Business Solution Platform (IBS™) suite of products delivers unsurpassed functionality and dramatically enhances the way clients do business. The London head office is in Canada’s 10^th largest city.

The successful applicant will be responsible for building and maintaining current client relationships and generating new opportunities through marketing and business development initiatives. They will lead an enthusiastic and technically strong group of business analysts and customer service personnel focused on high quality service delivery.

As a member of the Management Team, the VP is a key interface with the MCCG client base. Candidates will have demonstrated advanced business leadership abilities and initiative throughout their career and possess exceptional relationship management and communication skills. Their mastery of business development strategies and successful sales and marketing achievements will be an asset.

The VP must have outstanding computer skills, significant insurance knowledge and experience and preferably be knowledgeable of the Farm Mutual Insurance Industry. Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of management experience, F/CIP designation and appropriate education in a relevant discipline.
