Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG) is an insurance software provider to insurance companies that are owners and users of the software as defined by shareholder and licensing agreements. As of January 1, 2004 the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") applies to the operations of all companies. PIPEDA, which sets out the rights of the consumer and duties of the company to protect personal information, puts into law the general privacy practices that we follow. The privacy and use of personal information accessed is important to us and our commitment to you is to safeguard the privacy rights as defined in PIPEDA.
