Lambton Mutual Insurance Company (LMIC) enhances its Digital Consumer Experience by enabling personal automobile quoting on its Online Quoting Solution (OQS) through Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG).
Watford, Ontario – March 12th, 2018 – Lambton Mutual Insurance Company (LMIC) extends its Digital Customer experience by enhancing its personal automobile online quoting, utilizing the OQS solution from MCCG. This provides the consumer, agents and brokers with the ability to quote all personal lines of business online with a quick and easy tool. It also ensures that the consumer is easily directed to their broker or agent of choice to ensure they receive the professional service experience required for the insurance contract. The Online Quoting Solution (OQS) fully integrates with Lambton’s existing Insurance Business Solution (IBS®) implementation and leverages its current rating and underwriting rules to ensure a simple and pleasing consumer experience online. This will enhance Lambton’s existing presence on the web by introducing an easy method for these key stakeholders to obtain quotations for risks as well as lead to further growth opportunities.
